Jane Sullivan, CFP®

Principal & Financial Advisor

With over 19 years of industry experience, serving as a licensed Financial Advisor since 2008, Jane is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®). She received her B.S. in Financial Services from Bryant University. Her passion is empowering people financially while having fun throughout the process. She takes being a fiduciary extremely seriously and takes pride in building personal relationships with all of her clients. You will often find her as an industry speaker at Women in Finance events.

Jane resides in Old Saybrook, CT with her husband and fellow financial advisor, David, along with their adorable rescue chocolate lab, Reagan. When she’s not assisting her clients to more effectively manage their finances, Jane keeps active through practicing yoga, enjoying the surrounding bodies of water with Reagan, or getting a good sweat in on her Peloton. She and David travel as much as they can, especially to David’s original home in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Bethany Longmore

Director of Visionary Implementation & Client Service

With over 16 years of industry experience, Bethany brings numerous attributes to Sullivan Financial as our Director of Visionary Implementation & Client Service. Her focus is on strategic initiatives of the firm to enhance the client experience. She first received her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College, going on to earn her Masters in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College.

With extremely strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills, Bethany manages projects related to firm-wide strategies and enjoys building and maintaining client relationships.

Bethany resides in Glastonbury with her husband, Mark, and son, Jack. When she’s not managing projects and maintaining client relations, Bethany is chasing after her curly-headed cutie, Jack, spending quality time with her family at the beach or practicing yoga.

Danielle Bialoglowy

Operations & Client Service Specialist

The newest team member to Sullivan Financial, Danielle’s background is in the financial services industry specializing in client service and operations. Danielle enjoys being an integral part of a fiduciary team of financial advising specialists. Her main objective is supporting Jane and Bethany to help make Sullivan Financial Services and our clients achieve professional and financial success.

Originally beginning her working career as an administrative assistant, Danielle has levied her wide range of skills, dedication to her craft, and work ethic to gain upward mobility. She prides herself on her ability to organize projects so that she can most effectively service the needs of our clients. Additionally her communication and follow-through is instrumental to our team’s ability to seamlessly support our client’s needs.

Danielle currently resides in Farmington, CT with her two cats, also known as “the boys” Kevin and Wyatt. In her spare time she enjoys researching new recipes and cooking. She has recently hired a personal trainer to support her in her renewed dedication to her physical well-being. She works out diligently, and is enjoying the success that has come with making a continued commitment to her health. She is also an avid reader, always looking to take in new ideas, concepts, and knowledge.


Reagan has been an employee at Sullivan Financial for over 7 years as our Chief Stamp Licker & Chairwoman of the Welcoming Committee. She takes pride in making everyone feel welcome and at home in a stress-free environment. Not to fret if you don’t like dogs, she also enjoys napping in Jane’s office.

In her spare time, Reagan enjoys long walks on the beach with her Mom & Dad, swimming in the CT river, chasing squirrels, belly rubs, and the occasional hamburger.
